Amazing therapist and wonderful human being. She has helped me with PTSD working on the here and now, which has been a better and more gentle approach with positive results.My experience with conventional therapy usually was visitting the past, just to relive trauma and trigger old thought and emotional patterns, which made it worse.Dr. Elizabeth is so different. Focusing on the present, helping with developing coping mechanisms, she has been a life changer. I am blessed to have her support in my life.
