Dr. Robledo is a compassionate and caring doctor. The staffing is friendly and kind.
Upon meeting Dr. Robledo, I did notice that she wasn’t as warm as other doctors that I’ve encountered but given how long it takes to find a PCP I was willing to overlook it. She prescribed me a medication, I sent her a message in my chart about a complication I noticed once taking it. A week went by, no response. It took me 3 days to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone. I requested that Dr. Robledo respond to my message and for the office manager to call me back. I received neither. I’ve had many Drs and Dr. Robledo is by far my favorite. She takes all of my concerns serious and has them checked out immediately. I truly do feel like she hears me. She’s amazing!
No more stars until you all start taking cash payments again. It is ridiculous when a business says they don't accept cash money. On the money it says this note is legal for all debts public and private. Fix it.
I would have given Dr. Liz 5 stars because she is a caring doctor however my 3 visist with her wasnt a great experience. I was 5 minutes late for mt appt. Tried to call their office to let them know but thr phones were not on. During my visit I was reminded multiple times of my tardiness. I felt as if I was in school again the way I was reminded of how late I was. Because of this experience, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I may look for another PCP.
