Listen this Dr I had a love hate relationship with her..LOL when I tell you I did not want to go see her because she was going to tell me about my weight- bring my kids into her conversations with me, so I began to rebell not go to appointments cancel and just not do anything she recommended . I was with her for about four years and I cannot recommend. She does not listen to you and her medical knowledge is not up to date. The only pro is her scheduling staff are friendly. Please find a caring, up to date doctor to take care of you!
I was scheduled months in advance, only to be canceled on twice over a span of five months for the most irrelevant reasons. After waiting all that time, they finally called to say they're no longer accepting new patients, despite the fact that I had appointments already booked. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. My parents are longtime patients, and I used to come here as well, which makes it even more disappointing. Don’t waste your time. SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOBODY LIKES HAVING TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 24 years old and am in the process of looking for a primary care physician, as I am not able to see my pediatrician anymore. I usually go to Cleveland Clinic, but I am just looking to see different options and have been to University Hospitals before, so that is where I found Dr. Ranasinghe.
