Coming from Womens Health Specialist, this was a breath of fresh air! Receptionists actually answering the phone, returning calls, and having openings--amazing! Laroche and her nurse practitioner were so kind and professional. Dr. Laroche was EXTREMELY thorough and answered all of my questions, not one of those Drs that is so smart they can't have a regular conversation with a "normal" person. She's very compassionate and friendly, she has a new patient for the rest of her practice!!! Jackie
UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF! Can't say much about the doctor...could never get in to see her. Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with Karen Puckett. (But that was expected, good doctors are always in demand or so I thought) The day before my long awaited appointment I received a message that Dr. Puckett was sick and I needed to reschedule. This office was uncooperative and rude. They did nothing to make a new patient feel welcome. I would never recomment this office to anyone! Find another physician!
