I was a new patient and showed up just 10 minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived, the staff had no idea I even had an appointment. I was told the doctor had already left. The floors were mopped, the staff was ready to leave, and no one made any effort to reschedule or help me in any way. They close at 8 PM, but it was obvious they were already checked out long before then. Completely unprofessional. First and last time I’ll ever go there.
The wait time of 1 hour and ten minutes with an appointment is completely unacceptable.
i was not requested to leave a review honestly i dont normally leave reviews either but i need to leave this here. I have visited this place about 4 times for a ingrown nail removal but never have i been treated like Dr. Zakiyyah Waters. Not only was she nice she was super professional i didn’t feel a single thing otherwise with other doctors it was quite painful and felt partially everything. Dr. Akran was dismissive and doesn't take his time to listen to his patients. I pray the next doctor is better because after my next visit I won't be wasting my time or money.
