This office has gone downhill after the Epiphany merger; I had been going here for several years prior. The office feels cold and unfriendly, Dr. P repeated to me 2-3 times the cost of a simple procedure, which was twice as much as it used to be. She made a backhanded comment about my choice to hold off on another issue. Her nurses were awkward and robotic. Maybe it was just a bad day, I don't know, but I have not gone back and go to a nicer office in town.
That was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. Waited over half an hour past my appointment time to be seen, was asked virtually no questions about why I was there, and the exam was an absolute joke. I was there with legitimate skin cancer concerns and all she tried to do was sell me on acne treatments. The biggest waste of time and money I have ever experienced. Cant NOT recommend enough.
It was my first time here. I do an annual skin check and everything was fine. I’m happy!
