Dr. Pearch puts the "Personal" in Personal Physician. She's knowledgeable, considerate and an excellent communicator. She also seems to really want to "partner" with me regarding my health and quality of life. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
I read such great reviews about Dr. Pearch so I scheduled an appointment over a month ago. First, the front office staff took over 30 minutes just to book my appointment and take my insurance. Something weird is that they asked for my ethnicity over the phone. It made me extremely uncomfortable as you usually fill that out on a form. Today they called for my insurance saying they didn’t have it. Waste of time and I can’t deal with their incompetence anymore.

I would recommend Dr. Pearch to anyone! I am so fortunate I found her. She spent 30-40 minutes in one-on-one consultation with me! She is kind and instantly puts you at ease. I found her to be knowledgeable about a wide range of medical problems.
Dr. Pearch is the kindest physician I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I was nervous when Dr. C left. But immediately was put at ease when I met Dr. Pearch. She is an amazing listener and actually pays attention to what the patient is saying. She comes up with a plan, that everyone can live with, to help you deal with whatever issue you are having. In my case that is a chronic condition, only the symptoms can be alleviated. If she ever leaves Flower Mound, I'm following her. She's the best.
I've been a patient of hers when she first came to this clinic. She replaced another physician who I had the upmost confidence in. My nervousness was quickly replaced with confidence. She is easy to talk too and actually listens. I've had multiple traumas in my 55 years and most physicians are quick to dismiss you. She isn't. I'll stick with her as long as she will have me.
