Lady with cane was incredibly rude, abrupt, and always angry. I was in three different times and she displayed the same snotty attitude. Very very angry lady!!!!

Very rude fromt desk lady. I called because i was lost and she didnt know where the main road was. Came in and wasnt even talked to. Was standing at the desk and she walked away. When i was ask how long of a wait it would be she told me .as soon as she gets to it.
