I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Elizabeth Papaila. She recently removed a small concerning growth from my leg under local anesthesia, and I could not be happier with the results. She was kind, professional, and thorough in explaining the procedure and answering all of my questions. The process itself was quick and comfortable, and she made me feel comfortable as a patient. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I had cholecystectomy surgery (gallbladder removal) on April 7, 2023 by. Dr. Papaila. Good surgery however, post surgery was horrible. I called dr. Papaila’s office 4 days after surgery since I had a fever of 103 and was miserable. Her MA Tatiana was unprofessional, unkind and had no empathy.
