Had alternations. Quick turnaround. She helped me a lot. Sweet lady. If I have dresses that need alterations in the future, I will definitely go there.
I had a great experience with Elizabeth of Lodi when I got my wedding dress there in 2021 then having it hemmed in 2022 for my wedding. I was struggling to find a dress and decided to go there on a whim. I called just a couple hours before it closed and asked if I could come in they said yes and that would help me as much as they could but they were low on staff so it wouldn't be "the full experience". I would NOT recommend this bridal shop. I said yes to the dress here. I wanted more puffiness on the bottom which Nancy said she could do. They ordered me a size 14 when I thought it was 12. I went in to try on the dress when it arrived and it was huge on me. You would have to alter the top to where it would take away from the dress then she told me she didn't know if she would be able to add puffiness because she doesnt work with that company anymore (not delivering their services said).
