I recently took my mom and future mother in law to find their dresses for my wedding. Both visits, we had Miriam helping us and she was absolutely amazing! She was beyond helpful and her expertise was much appreciated. My mom actually went with a dress that she pulled out and suggested! I will definitely be recommending this shop and Miriam!
The sweetest people ever !! My mom was shopping for a dress and everyone went above and beyond to help. Genuinely the best customer service we have ever had. They were also helping other clients with prom and last minute changes . When one employee said “if theirs any changes please let us know how we can help” I knew we were in good hands !!
One word TERRIBLE!!! There customer service is TERRIBLE! Dresses are so outdated. If you want anything nice you have to order it. The dresses in the window should tell you enough. Wouldn't be getting my dress there. Or refer anyone there.
Had alternations. Quick turnaround. She helped me a lot. Sweet lady. If I have dresses that need alterations in the future, I will definitely go there.
