A negative STAR for a medical professional who only cares about jacking up the office visit charge. The whole time Dr. Oni was in the room, she never once checked the patient's injury. She kept saying it will be a long to get pay from the insurance claim and said it would take a long to get pay. Therefore, she made the patient to self pay $350 for a 5 minutes consultation. This is such a horrible experience for a medical doctor

My appointment was horrible. My son had a small, visible object in his ear canal causing muffled hearing. It was not deep and could be seen with the naked eye. Then Dr. Obi came back with a blunt scoop tool. I suggested that the tool she had would just push it further in. Dr Obi brushed off my comments. As predicted, her attempt resulted in the object being pushed much further into his ear canal, causing my son significant pain, and full loss of hearing in that ear. Dr. Obi is patient, kind and understanding. I visited her clinic for the first time and my needs were met. I'm definitely gonna go back for my care needs. So grateful and thankful
