THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERLY! It's 'luck of the draw' if you get to see a doctor. If your elderly and Australian you won't get any special treatment at this place. I won't go into detail, but I was disgusted. I had all the Hallmark signs of heart attack, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue etc and I was told AFTER WAITING FOR 90mins my symptoms were non specific and to go see my GP. Amazing staff and exceptional care! My son hurt his foot at school. The urgent care team at Elizabeth was second to none! With access to Amazing Drs and Nurses and medical imaging team. Everything was all sorted and an at home care plan and equipment was provided. Thank you so much!
Fast service, they quickly fixed a laceration and gave me a tetanus shot
27th Oct 25 - all staff rostered today were fantastic. Empathetic, sympathetic, caring. I am so grateful for the help I received today, we are very lucky to have a service like this.
I attended with my daughter who I was concerned about! This place is a fantastic alternative to going to the emergency department!! The nurses there was fantastic, Heather and Emily looked after my daughter’s health needs with such professionalism! The Dr who attended was lovely also!! Definitely recommend coming here as a way to ease the ED for great health care!
