Very disappointed waited 2 hours then they tell me they don't seringe my ears totally blocked .
Really disappointing with the attendance of the receptionist and the nurse on 31 of December as I arrived at 4.00 pm with my 3 years old son that step in a bee 🐝. I were waiting and waiting and son got upset and went to ask if the doctor is actually here and being 6.00pm they told me that they can’t attend my son because they are experiencing high number of patience. So rude and luck of emphatic. They could told me before and wait for me to ask ?.
Mum was seriously dehydrated and couldnt walk into the clinic. They helped with a wheelchair, assessed her quickly and started treatment ASAP. Staff were amazing even though they were dealing with a lot of patients. Thankyou.
I fell and sprained my ankle today and went to this clinic as it was the closest to me. All of the staff there were so lovely and caring, from the reception and imaging staff, to Jennifer the nurse and Carolyn the doctor, everyone was so kind and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
