I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from this agent and her office. I was given a very competitive quote (with better coverage), and I appreciate that everything was taken care of in one phone call. This is important to me: State Farm actually talks to its customers. (It's not all digital.) I was with State Farm a long time ago and for many years, and am glad to be back. This group is great and, no, I am not related to the owner.
