I recently had a new roof installed by Coomer. Mike at E. Marshall’s State Farm agency emailed the form I needed to get a home owner’s premium discount. The contractor and I completed it (easy) and I emailed the form back to Mike. Straightforward transaction, much appreciated.
Taylor was super helpful and kind throughout the entire process, from getting a quote to signing up for the policies I elected! Everything got completed quickly, and he was more than happy to answer any of my questions, would recommend to anyone looking for a new insurance agency :)
