I've gone to her twice since she started with Avenues Gastro. I am now in the process of switching providers. Both visits, she attempted to give me a books worth of printed material on the basics of a disease I've had for almost 10 years. On my first visit she treated me like a new patient and then blamed the "mixup" on staff. She always seems very rushed (perhaps not her fault) and noticably uncomfortable communicating. I didn't feel comfortable because the doctor is always in a hurry and the patient always wants more explanation.

Elizabeth was rushing me from the second she came in the room telling me she has “other patients” before I could even explain the problems I am having. If you are pregnant and need GI help. I do not recommend going to Elizabeth Durham. There was no empathy for the problems I’m facing.
