The experience was quite pleasant considering I had to have a lot of work done. The staff is super cool, nice, friendly and made sure I had a pleasant experience making sure I was comfortable through the entire experience.
I recently went in for an Invisalign consultation and the ladies in the office were so nice and the dental assistant as well as the dentist were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and gave such and in-depth plan for treatment! Definitely my new dental office!

Austin Elite Smiles was my first new dentist office in over 4 years. I was nervous initially that I’d feel judged or insecure since I hadn’t been in so long, but I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Lowrance, were all so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. All of the equipment is so modern and makes getting your exam and cleaning easy and comfortable. I’d recommend Austin Elite Smiles to anyone and everyone for the best of the best dental care!
This place is amazing. I’m an adult who has a childhood fear of the dentist so I haven’t been to one in a while. Everyone and I mean everyone was so kind and patient.
