Elaine, person who answers the phone has no etiquette... very sad that she is the 1st person patients get to talk to. Very discouraged to set as my kids primary! Your front office is your office 1st impression HORRIBLE
Even with an appointment time my wait has always been more than 45 minutes and that is just to be put in a room that does not include the wait in the actual room to actually see the dr. She spends no more than 15 minutes and if you have any questions she just says oh its normal without giving me a little more information so i can comprehend. Also the staff always has an attitude.
The wait time is the ridiculous even with an appt. First time here & already dislike the way things are.
Best doctor ever all my family takes their kids here always recommend to everyone when ever we go in she already knows us my kids love her.
Dr Reyes is an excellent Doctor. Really cares about her patients. Only issue is the waiting time. Not only do you have to wait for A long time to be called in (even with an appointment) you have to wait in the back room as well. My son had an appointment last month at 12 pm and didn't get called into the back till 3pm. We finally left the office at 4pm that day. That is way too long for a sick child.
Dr. Reyes is a Wonderful Dr. very kind and patient! My son who is 6'2 and a big baby when it comes to shots! She somehow manages to keep him calm and not bolting out of the office!
