My mom was under the care of Dr. Elizabeth Johnson for several years. While under Dr. Johnson's care, mom's quality of life lessoned dramatically. My mom was just hospitalized for Congestive Heart Failure and A-fib, which St. Mary's said should have been diagnosed over a year ago by Dr. Elizabeth Johnson. There were obvious signs. This office is the most disorganized medical office I have ever encountered. My mother has called numerous times, calling several days in a row, with no answers to voicemails. She cares for my sick father, so she called to cancel an appt well within the 24 hours. Apparently the person who answered the call did not document or cancel the appt. They now want to charge my mother $50 for missing an appt, and when she did she wasn’t going to pay, when she called, and they are the ones who made a mistake, they now are threatening ... read more
