I had a good experience with Dr. Barrido — she was knowledgeable and patient. However, what followed was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Her nurse or assistant gave me written confirmation that my custom orthotics was approved by insurance and valid through the end of the year. Based on that, I moved forward with the service. Dr. Kurtz-Barrido is a GREAT Doctor. She listens to your concerns and gives back good info. She is cheery and kind. I would recommend her to anyone.
