I had to have surgery because of a spot on my skin. Dr Herron and all her staff were kind and most of all understanding about my nervousness ... well, I was plain terrified!! I hate surgery, who doesnt??? I will never go anywhere else if i ever need anything else done, the Elizabeth Institute is the place for me! Also, My scar is long but small you can not tell it is there. Thank you Elizabeth Institute for taking such great care of me!!
Dr Herron is the best! I had to have some corrective breast surgery and Dr. Herron is the only person I would choose to go to. I have heard no so good stories from friends who went to "well known" reconstructive surgeons and had bad outcomes. Dr. Herron and her whole team is just wonderful. And, the Surgery Center team was just amazing. I felt so cared for and well taken care of.
Super pleased with my botox results after seeing Dr. Herron. I was able to get better results than I have with previous injectors in the past and with 20 less units than I have previously had to use.
Dr. Herron and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They ensure you understand the procedure and what to expect before and after. Dr. Herron called after my procedure to ensure I was doing okay and answer any questions. I would highly recommend her!
The entire staff was wonderful and the surgery was easy -amazing-no scar -really amazing-skin cancer on my face and thrilled that it is invisible

Very kind and sensitive people. Very professional with the exception of one employee however mgmt took care of that issue quickly and politely. Surgery was very well done.
