David went above and beyond for the flowers in our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Having to change to our wedding plans to a backyard reception proved to be a challenge in many ways, but Elizabeth House Flowers only made this occasion even more magical! I cannot recommend Elizabeth House Flowers enough for any important (or daily) life event.
What you advertise is what should be delivered. Also, your staff was extremely rude and short with me when I called from the US VI to check on the delivery time (since none was offered on line). After seeing the flowers now I understand the guilty response. I am completing a review on your website. On there I will post a picture of what you have advertised for $270.00 that I paid for and what you sadly delivered to my daughter for her 25th birthday. SMH........ Never again!
Elizabeth House came HIGHLY recommended, and they did 2 things well. First, the flowers were on time for the funeral of a close friend, & second, they were yellow as requested. However, I had asked for a vase arrangement, not a spray, & the flowers were NOT in a vase! Most importantly, the flowers were wilted, & looked as if they were old & left-over. I was VERY embarrassed. I’m sure this is not the norm for Elizabeth House, but I will never trust them again. 😢

The arrangements are breath taking and the customer service is first class and I have been using Elizabeth House and recommending them to friends for years. This week for the first time I received flowers that were not as fresh as I expect and the arrangement was dying very quickly. A magnificent Spathipillum( peace lily) was delivered to my daughter on Valentine’s Day. Helpful, courteous staff when I called for delivery confirmation even though they were extremely busy. Website easy to navigate. Will patronize you again... xoxo
I got the most beautiful arrangement sent to me for my birthday. I had never heard of this flower shop and I immediately had to know where my flowers came from when they arrived. Seriously fresh, stunning and creative arrangement. Next time I have to send flowers I know who to call.
