Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting, their carpet and 3 chairs that they had was stained, even the walls looked dirty. Mostly, I was still a little nervous Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one
