Forced to go to Urgent Care anytime I need a doctor appointment because even established patients can’t get an appointment for a minimum of 3 months out. I feel like I don’t even have a primary care physician even though I’ve been an established patient for a few years now. I’ve only got to see her in person once and that was for my new patient appointment. Getting a new primary care physician to resolve the issue.
She’s a WONDERFUL doctor!
Dr Severn’s is very kind & thoughtful & friendly but professional! I really like her! Her assistant Brittany is a treasure! So sweet & helpful ! She just makes the visit so smooth! They are a very good team!
