Glaringly clear why there’s lack of confidence in health care. Better customer service from walmart
I took my son to see Dr B. for a check up and referrals to psychiatry and therapy. He barely tried to engage my son and then as my son was on his phone he ignored him. Which is understandable. He gave me referrals to mental health services and focused mostly on my sons ASD diagnosis rather than the anxiety - which is much more the issue. I was a patient of his for a few years. He was never on time and always rushed my appointments. He was quick to prescribe name brand medication without any discussion about alternatives.
Her PA is more useful than her. Only virtual appointment with her I couldn’t get in and she left and canceled despite me sending her messages and calling the clinic. Rescheduled, appointment felt more about her than me, was very rushed, unhelpful for me, and did not feel friendly. Further correspondence was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Worst doctor I’ve had. If you have the option please find someone else.
I have been seeing Dr. Crays for 17 years and have recommended her to family and friends who also have seen her for years. I find Dr. Crays very thorough, I have a very complicated history and she has referred me to very good specialists. Dr. Crays takes time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain your treatment plan.
I saw dr Kelley because my previous allergist retired. He spent most of the appointment bashing my previous allergist and his decisions without knowing my history. He seemed very arrogant and kept winking at me which made me very uncomfortable. I will have to rethink whether I will continue to see him.
Treated with no respect regarding medical issues presented
I saw Dr Volety 3 times for high blood pressure. Each time she failed to listen to me, documented inaccurate notes in my charts app and dismissed my symptoms/side effects. She talked at me rather than being willing to be a partner with me and made inaccurate assumptions about me at each visit. I will be looking for a new physician.
Substandard care. Demeaning. Condescending. Communication skills lacking.
