Dr. Matheson really takes her time and listening to what I have to say and does her best to help me along my healthcare journey! I have no reason to go anywhere else as I am incredibly pleased with her.
I agree with other reviewers that Dr. Mathison is wonderful. However, I just called to make an appointment for a wellness check and was told it had been too long since I had been in and she wasn’t seeing new patients…(which is what I would be considered I guess) If that’s their policy I understand, but after waiting on hold for a long time just to ask for the appointment, I would expect a nicer explanation than what I got from the front desk.
Dr Mathison is absolutely AMAZING. However the front desk nurses are extremely rude and unprofessional. There has been many times where there is a miscommunication on their end but my parents who are senior citizens and long time patients have to accommodate to them instead of the other way around. The reason I gave 1 star because of the front desk nurses (2 in particular).
