..not only did they ruin the surprise, but they failed to do what they advertised; being as patient as I could be, I didn't call demanding an explanation or place any complaints, I waited and instead I told her I was sorry the guys were late to deliver her flowers. Next day was pretty much the same story, only this time I called (around 4:15 pm) and asked her if she liked the flowers, to what she replied 'I thought you cancelled the order because I never got them'..and that was enough for me, I called EFH to cancel my order,... read more

I will never do business with these people again -Valentine's day, and let me say- before somebody comes up with a '..but it's Valentine's, it's their busiest day of the year.." - that the customer is paying for a service, product, etc, not for excuses, when you, the business owner advertise same day delivery, guess what the customer is expecting..right!. Off course they already took the time to get rid of the false ad off of the webpage, a sort of 'bait and switch' trick to get business I guess; they even had 'testimonies' ... read more
