I was charged $400 out of pocket for something I was told I wouldn’t be. I went into the appointment unsure if I had scheduled correctly - I’ve never scheduled a women’s wellness exam and assumed it was different than an adult annual exam, which I had already done. I even told the lady at the front desk I was unsure and asked if I would be charged, to which she assured me I would not be. I was running just a few mins for my appointment. The office admin was really rude upon arrival. First they said they would check me in. And then when another staff said something to the front desk lady, she then changed her story and said I had to reschedule because I was late for 10 min. No one from this office ever called and notified beforehand that this was the rule. And I got there right at that 10 min time mark. I understand that the clinic wants to stay on time. The best doctor I have ever chosen. She is professional and knowledgeable, with a nice personality as being polite, respectful, and always listens. Dr Basham makes determined decisions for the sake of patients' benefits while still keeps an open mind. Easy to get an appointment for urgency or problem visists.
