Big fan of Dr Cook. I arrived with continuous ongoing pain in my neck which was reflected in my right shoulder blade, shoulder and into my bicep. At times I experienced numbness down my right arm limiting use. This often resulted in hours of lost sleep at night and there was no position that was comfortable and pain free.
