She is a wonderful wonderful doctor she come in she was really nice and polite got straight to the point got my toenail taken care of and was straightforward with everything
I started seeing Dr. Chan last year for plantar fasciitis in both my feet. She was very helpful in what route we should take. I'm now pain free in right foot and now working on my left foot. She's very professional but also makes you feel like a friend. Her assistant has always been very helpful and understanding, and always quick to get me in. I have recommended a few friends I know to her office, and hoping they make that appointment! It's been years since I've walked pain free and she has made it happen!
My dad had his toenails trimmed by Dr. Chan and she charged $207. The toenails weren't even filed. Approximately a 3 minute procedure. Then there was a hassle with Medicare and a secondary on billing and my dad had to pay $60 out of pocket. Her assistant was rude also and tried to reschedule us up on arriving 5 minutes late due to a train being stopped and having us detour.Lied and said they were booked when absolutely no one was in the waiting area. We will not go back to this office.
My experience with Dr.Chan has been very positive. She has been very helpful in treating my plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend her and her staff.
I had a great experience with Dr. Chan. She helped me make the best decision for my foot surgery and was very knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend her!
