Used their auto car wash. Drove into Razor 2 and spent about $20 and printed the receipt. It rinsed the front of my car with soap and told me to drive forward. It stopped afterwards. So I had about a total of 10 seconds of cleaning only. Wandered around looking for an attendant, no one around. Kept calling the number to sort this out and they never answered back. Self serve is a rip off. You pay $1 per minute and it literally takes 30seconds for the machine to prime the product. Either change your rates or lose customers! Also they have a sign up about the chemicals and how you should wash your hands, where ? There is no taps.

I don't normally have any problems with this carwash, that is until yesterday. I paid $20 and drove into the wash, no lights or directions came up and the wash didn't start I phoned the number given but it went to message bank which stated someone would return my call. I didn't know what to do so drove out of the wash & into the carpark where i called several times & left more messages. No one has returned my calls.
