avoid this place. the doctor doesn't see new patients. after being told by the PA that she didn't think she could help me, i was billed 160 dollars just for walking in the door. the assistant also told me i should "see how many people come in the door with genital warts". not professional.

I started going to see Dr. Kucera 1 year ago for sun damage on my face. She recommended chemical peels to help my skin, I was skeptical about doing any peels, I had heard horror stories from friends that had peels at spas. Dr. Kucera assured me that I would have little to no down time after the peels. I've had multiple chemical peels at her office and I am extremely pleased with the results. Finally, I found a great doctor that knew what she was talking about. Thank You Dr. Kucera!! Highly Recommend this office.

I love this office! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient! They get me right in if i dont have an appointment, and when I do my wait time is just a few minutes. I have been getting Botox done here for the last couple years by Dr. Kucera. I have had Botox done by a few other people and had issues such as swelling and/or bruising. After the first time Dr. Kucera did it, I knew she knew exactly what she was doing! Not one time in the last two years have I ever had ANY bruising or swelling!!! When I arrived at the office, I was told the doctor was on vacation…this was after waiting for an appointment for 2 months. No effort was made to call/email me. I felt my time was disrespected.

I have been seeing Dr. Warren and Kristine Kucera P.A. for three years now and I have never had any problems with any of the staff. Every time I go in for an appointment, no matter how busy, I never have to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room. The staff is very professional and educated. I am always greeted with a smile by Melonie. Within five minutes, the medical assistant takes my history, then Dr. Warren or Kristine orders treatment for my psoriasis and supplies literature to me that is very helpful. Overall, ... read more

No harm was done, but no good either – I went in for an IPL photofacial that I purchased from Living Social. I have fair skin with a little sun damage, but nothing major, and was told I was a good candidate for this procedure. On the plus side, the aesthetician was very nice. She had the receptionist come in before she started, to show me her hands, on which she'd had IPL done a couple of days before. It looked like she had pepper sprinkled on the backs of her hands. Great Practice – The staff is incredible, they are very knowledgeable, comforting and have provided the highest quality of care to me. I have had an annual skin check; I’ve been treated for acne, and have received botox injections at this practice. I was so pleased with the results! Dr. Maloney actually takes his time with patients and explains procedures very thoroughly. The Physician Assistants are unbelievable as well. Great people work here – I had my appointment for an annual mole patrol skin check. Both Claire and Amy were very pleasant, professional and made me feel comfortable (it's humbling to be naked and inspected). I had questions about a cosmetic procedure and received some good information and feedback from them. Thanks!
