Friendly and Amazing Red Door Signature Services. – Upon first look, this Elizabeth Arden spot is noticeable only by its red awning sandwiched between Cheesecake Factory and Blue Mesa. There signature massage was to die for, great technique from the therapist, which is very important, essential oils, warm towels, and much more. Best Spa Experience from a Gift Certificate Purchase – Today my girlfriend walked into the house and I was shocked how good she looked. She is always beautiful, but I had given her a gift certificate for a massage, facial, manicure & pedicure and she loved it. Rude Rick – I've had several experiences with rude employees at the Dallas location however the location is very convenient for me (Park Cities) so I have overlooked it in the past. Recently I missed a 9am wax appointment and received a rude and insensitive call from the spa. This was my first time to miss an appointment. overprices experienced – I was so excited when my fiance had surprised me with a full day at the Red Door Spa. It was for Valentine's and a very genorous gift. The facial was very good. I got the hot stone massage but didn't care for it. The therapist was gently moving the stones around...not sure where the 'massage' came into play. Average spa experience – My spa day was rather enjoyable, but I'd done a 2-hour boot camp the day before, so the masseuse totally hurt me! :( It was a good hurt sometimes, and I even told her about my previous excursions, but she seemed determined to squash out those toxins from my back and shoulders. worst experience ever – from the moment I walked in, I was rushed to get my hair color/cut and styled. I had an apointment to also get a mani and pedi, but at the end I was only given a choice of the two, I decided not to do neither. best overall spa and salon- thave Sunday hair appointments!!!!!!! – I was so pleased to find out that they do hair services on Sunday's- most hair salons are closed on Sunday. I received a massage from the most healing male therapist i HAVE EVER met!
