My daughters and I go for massages often. This includes every year for our massages at the Red Door at Harrahs while on our beach vacation. For the past three years the jacuzzi in the Women’s Locker Room has been either not heated (3 years ago), or out of order (the past two years). They should either repair it or get rid of it. Other than that, the experience was delightful.

Red Door Seaview much better. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Have been going to Red Door Seaview for years, since it first opened. Wanted to try AC for a change. Thought the pool under the dome would be fun. Could not get in because of a private party! Hot tub did not work at the spa. Never again. Don't waist your money here.

Our spa guests usually always have access to the pool unless it is closed for a private event which does not happen very often. Best massage ever! Walked out feeling amazing! I belong to Massage Envy and never get the attention to areas that need to be worked or stretched. My lower back always hurts and for the first time in a long time I felt relief!
