Not even worth one star the main manager herself degraded me I used to be a valued customer in this place and she even was like no u aren't the staff were horrible and she went ahead and allowed it all types of false accusations were thrown at me they were obnoxious and disrespectful and cold shoulder towards customer I wouldn't recommend such service on my worse enemy and I actually have a bruise on my thigh from a worker they denied me paying for service claimed they didn't realize I paid and threatened to send all locatio... read more
Awesome service every time I go! Love it!! Would highly recommend.
Overpriced relative to similar upscale spas in my neighborhood. Manager would not honor promo package price on the national website (not location specific). If a customer calls in to set appointment for a package the price should be verified (if pricing is location specific). Manager was just interested in justifying her position rather than provide excellent customer service. One technician rushed through the process. The rest did a very good job.
