Dr Hewitt is a great doctor. She took care of my wife when she fractured her ankle. She was always so compassionate and really understood how hard it was for my wife to be injured with small children at home since she is a mother as well. Her staff was very professional. The office is super convenient, right about the urgent care we went to when she broke her ankle. We also went in to has surgery in the same complex. Wish all doctors were like Dr Hewitt!
Coolest Doctor’s office I ever went to! Dr. Hewitt has so much fun with her staff and patients. I had to have surgery on my ankle. I found myself looking forward to my doctors appointments because everyone at the office was so friendly and caring!
In visited Dr. Hewitt on three occasions. I found her to be unwilling to spend time explaining her diagnosis, leaving that to the office MA. On the third visit she did not see me - had the MA sharing diagnosis without seeing me. This visit was supposed to be to "fit the orthotic devices and shoes" that she insisted I needed. The MA popped the devices into the shoes and said with a chuckle all done." Dr. Hewitt from my perspective is much more about sales and scheduling follow up than care.
Dr. Hewitt did not take time to talk with me, just talked at me. I had major problems after my surgery and she would not listen to my concerns. I had to change doctors to get a true diagnosis and the proper help.
