I've had an excellent experience over the past decade with Dr. Halloran as my physician. She has been responsive by email as well as in the office, and is caring, well informed and accommodating.

This person is my moms Doctor. On TWO occasions this doctor did not show up for the schedule appointment. The first time the Pratt office put my mom out of the building in the rain. She is 75 and uses a walker. The second time was today. My mom recently had a heart attack and no one has followed up with her since. This way of treating patients is inhumane. I am actively trying to get her a new Physician and am ready to move forward with my complaint against Dr. Halloran.
