I like the people at Oak St Health but communication is poor. Today I called to request a phone visit with Elizabeth Romero. They hung up and never called back.
It was an outstanding visit. Betty was very clear in explaining details of exam which I appreciated very much. It was one if not the best visit I have had.
I am new to Medicare and Oak Street Health. I have been very happy with the process set in place. My calls are returned quickly and I get in for appoinments in a timely manner. Betty Romeo, NP has been great.
Quite satisfied with Ms. Romeo as my Preferred Provider. She's good and really knows her job, look forward to seeing her for my next appointment.
