Eliza represented us both on the purchase and then sale 6 years later! She was professional, quick to respond, and very good at helping us translate our wants into multiple houses we were interested in. When selling her knowledge of the market helped to convince us to consider a higher price than we thought would generate interest and it sold before it even listed. In addition, Eliza is a wonderful person who was a joy to work with. Would highly recommend, particularly for anyone looking to buy/sell in Philly.
