Katy made me feel heard and respected in my concerns as her patient. I didn’t feel like I was rushed in/out like other healthcare facilities. Most providers make you feel unimportant and like a number throughout their overly busy day. This was not the case at Elixir! I was listened to and all of my issues addressed! I was also informed of everything about my care and all of my questions answered thoroughly! I am a patient for life after such a great experience!
