Their apartments are tiny, their management is poorly run, they overcharge for cleaning upon vacating the property ($310 for a 500 sq. foot apartment I don’t think so), plus after the 21 days and refunding the minuscule amount of your security deposit they didn’t take, they then attempt to charge you additional “utility” fees using a debt collector.
