The reason I am giving this business even one star at all, is because if all you want is to have your septic tank pumped, these folks will likely do a fine job. The young men they send out are courteous and thorough. However their business practices in general leave much to be desired. After pumping my septic tank and then realizing that I still had a back up problem in my kitchen sink, they diagnosed the problem incorrectly, and charged me $275 to "jet" a pipe that, in fact, did not need to be cleared. Their employees think it's acceptable to park their trucks in handicapped parking spaces. I have photos to prove it...taken yesterday at Morning Pointe of Franklin. When I got out of my car, the employee hid behind their truck. He also left a puddle of grease on the pavement where residents and visitors will walk in it. I tried contacting them but their "contact us" link on their website doesn't work. Phone was not answered.

Mr S****** I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. As our guys park the truck as close as possible to the trap so that we can clean the tank. The closer we are and less hose we use the better the pump on the truck suctions. Just as a vacuum hose. Our employee was working the hose and cleaning the trap parked behind the truck. Money focused, not customer focused. They are only concerned with the bottom dollar, not helping people.

We were not able to do the job hired to do due to a deck being built over the septic tank. The customer was upset because we would not remove the deck. We are not carpenters and can not be held responsible for the removal process. Every call is recorded when called in for an appointment and is completely explained that for any reason out of our control we are unable to perform our job due to tank being more than 2 ft in ground, someone has paved or built over tank or planted shrubbery or flowers over tank we will not service... read more
Do not do any business with this company. They advertise 24/7 but when needed them, they say only mo/fr. When telling them about advertising 24/7 they say they are aware of it. Not a company I would do any business with.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an issue we are having due to short staff. Our current staff was so exhausted from working all week that once the weekend was here and gone they had no more energy to continue to provide the excellent service we strive to provide.
