Karen is so great as a realtor! She’s lived here a long time knows the areas very well!! She listens to what you want in a house and tries to find everything, within your price range as course. She gets to know you on a personal level also. So every moment you spend with her is enjoyable! I would highly recommend her! I know the next time we move we’ll use her again!!!

Tried to rent the home on E Lone Shore Dr. Karen had to push back our scheduled viewing time 3 times but was still able to view it on sane original scheduled day. She told me they would only hold the property for a week (even though I couldn’t get there for at least ten days). So I agreed to pay $1300 extra not to lose the home. If you want a quick turn around for a good deal on your property, Karen is the person to handle it. My wife and I were initially looking to rent from Karen but nothing seem to become available in our time frame. That said, she turned a home around for us in the same neighborhood which has served us nicely AND will hopefully be a solid revenue source for us in the future.

Karen was my agent for selling my home and buying a new home. My new home was new construction and Karen and her team helped with everything from lot location, model of home and interior design. I requested a closing date and they came through and completed everything on that special date. I am pleased with her professional services and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Karen is beyond fantastic and I highly recommend her! She brings with her a team of professionals who will help you do anything and everything needed to sell your house. From staging our house beautifully to coordinating contractors to solving issues that came up on our inspection report, I cannot recommend her more. She is knowledgable, makes herself always available, and is the hardest worker I know. I cannot imagine a better choice in a real estate professional. She truly goes the extra mile!
