On Monday I booked a housecleaning appointment with them for Saturday, with a houseguest arriving on Sunday, gave my credit card and got an invoice. On Thursday I got a text saying the appointment could not be honored due to a computer error, and they only offered at two hour window on Friday. After reaching customer service they offered nothing else, were not willing to give any further explanation nor even identify who I was talking to them. I do not advise anyone to do business with a company that behaves in this way.
