Rhonda has kind hands and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend her for any kind of work, but she's especially excellent at sports massage.
I got a massage from Rhonda before and after completing the Bourbon Chase, which is a team relay race that covers 200 miles. I personally had to run 15 miles and she helped my muscles relax and prepare for the race and then work out the tension after it was completed. She knows what to focus on for an athlete and it makes the recovery that much easier. Such a wonderful service and she is so skilled!!!
