I love Dr. Shah but her staff leaves alot to be desired. I've called no less than 10 times to get a medical device she ordered. Each time I am told they would put the order in and call me back. The call back never happens and it's been nearly 3 months since Dr Shah ordered this for me which affects my health greatly. I'm looking to change Dr because of her staffs negligence
Highly recommend! Thorough, courteous, great listener, huge heart, and genuinely appears to love being a medical practitioner and caring for her patients!

Had to do a walk in for a concern I have on a skin burn I got over a week ago. I tried to take care of it myself but started to see it different and got worried. And although my doctor was booked she still saw me. The nurse was amazing with giving me the information I needed. He's very soft spoken, patient and concerned. Dr Shah and all of her great staff were very nice and friendly.It was my 2nd visit and also had my blood work done there.Im so happy to have found them and their so close to my home.At my age you don’t like to traver too far. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you
