Doctor and staff are all excellent. Dr shah takes time to explain things and answer my questions and really cares about her patients. The staff are always kind and friendly and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found them.
I have never met a more caring health provider in my entire life and I am almost 70. The doctor spent a lot of time with me. She wanted to know everything. I have had good doctors but Dr. Shah was above and beyond. I recommend this Doctor and the professional and friendly office staff %100. I love Dr. Shah but her staff leaves alot to be desired. I've called no less than 10 times to get a medical device she ordered. Each time I am told they would put the order in and call me back. The call back never happens and it's been nearly 3 months since Dr Shah ordered this for me which affects my health greatly. I'm looking to change Dr because of her staffs negligence
