This is a very good clinic with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I very much appreciate not having to wait on hold for hours and not having to wait months for an appointment.
was prepared to love this clinic based on all the positive reviews! after my initial assessment, i'd tried to stick with it for a couple follow ups but it didn't seem like the medical staff reviewed any of my info before my appointments (including reason for visit), always running at least 20 mins late and a lot of their feedback felt inconsiderate. I'd hoped fee-for-service would mean personalized care but i'll probably just go to the walk-in from now on - same experience at no cost.
