I am very fortunate to have been introduced to Dr Cash Lewis and his team here, and the Maximized Living system. We read the books, started the Advanced eating plan (simple to do), and am doing the 6 days a week workout system. 6 to 12 minutes a day that anyone at any level can do, but it can indeed be intense if you follow it, stay true to the DVD, etc. totally worth it. Feel WAY better in only two weeks, have dropped 5lbs, and lots more on the way to getting super fit again. Thanks Cash!!!
