Elite Vision in Boynton Beach has the worst customer service. They appear to not know how do do anything right! Avoid at all cost....
Last week I had two appointments with Dr. Natalia Malaret and Dr. Luna and want to say I`m so happy with both of them. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and informative, both are professional and extremely thorough. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and just a delight to do business with. Very lovely office also, clean and cozy decorated. I`m definitely the client for the years! Keep doing such a great job and Many Thanks for your help!
RecommendedMy daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Case in the Boynton office for about 4 years. The other day, we asked for a same day appointment. My daughter and I had waited at the DMV all morning so she could get her learner’s permit. We were told she needed to have a new vision exam and bring back a form by the end of the day or we’d have to wait all over again another time. Personalized service, friendly staff, clean nice office. Good location.
We have been coming here for a few years now. Everyone is very kind and personable. The Drs are all very thorough and they give you enough time to ask questions and make sure you feel good in your contacts etc.
Awesome office! Great staff and they were really good with my son during my exam.
