Very unhappy with this business. The customer service was terrible. If I could find an email to contact you I would. If I could post No Stars, I would....Do not waste your money! UPDATE: After three weeks they post a response, but still did not contact me... OH! THAT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE PAYMENT THAT I PAID TO YOU THAT YOU SWORE WOULD BE REFUNDED TO ME WHEN MEDICARE PAID YOU. WHICH THEY DID. Elite Vision in Boynton Beach has the worst customer service. They appear to not know how do do anything right! Avoid at all cost....
Last week I had two appointments with Dr. Natalia Malaret and Dr. Luna and want to say I`m so happy with both of them. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and informative, both are professional and extremely thorough. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and just a delight to do business with. Very lovely office also, clean and cozy decorated. I`m definitely the client for the years! Keep doing such a great job and Many Thanks for your help!
