I’ve stayed in several Elite Vacation Homes over the years and they’ve always been exceptional. The team is helpful, communicates clearly, and makes everything easy from start to finish. Homes are spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured—stress-free stays every time!
After being loyal, respectful renters for over 2 years, we’re incredibly disappointed with how things ended. What started as a positive experience quickly turned into a nightmare. We are still fighting to get our $1500 damage deposit returned, and the process has been nothing short of exhausting. We were initially happy with the property and had minimal issues during our stay — but things fell apart after we moved out. Our entire $1500 damage deposit was withheld, with claims that the house required 28 hours of cleaning. This is completely unreasonable, especially since we knew the new tenants and the timeline simply doesn’t support this claim.
