Good $$ Bid - Dependable We used Elite one time due to their low estimate. We asked them to not "scalp" our 30+ year old trees, so they didn't quite cut enough. Now we know how to better communicate with the team.

They removed a huge tree that was leaning and dangerous. It took a lot of skill and patience as there were power and internet lines. Great job. And, they cleaned up well.
Work was done when promised. Some dead branches that I felt obviously need to be removed were not. When bill was presented, it was $125 above estimate. It was described as tax. I realize tax is legitimate, but I have experienced that the estimated price is total cost, tax included. I feel the bill, while legal, was deceptive. I share some blame for assuming that I received a total cost estimate, but feel deceived.
