For an older guy I really would like to work out I see Stephan Thompson all the time I have not signed up I can't wait to do my free sessions I should put a before and after picture
The personal trainer was very knowledgeable and took care of me as best as he could. The whole facility was very Clean. It was in a very good location in South Philly and I felt safe. The exercise equipment was top notch. I’m going to stay with this facility until whenever I highly recommend this training facility to anybody
The people and trainers are awesome. I really like the way they approach us about health and wellness. I can't wait to be train by them
This is a great place, very clean, local. Great location easy to get to. Im thinking about bringing my son too, Steph came highly recommended for coaching. Steph Thompson is almost in as good of shape as i am!
